Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped once every item in the order is available. If your order contains a pre-order item, please note that your full order may ship once all items are in stock and ready.
We do our best to split shipments when possible so that in-stock items can arrive sooner; however, split shipping is not guaranteed and is dependent on staffing capacity and inventory availability at the time of fulfillment.
If you would like to ensure that in-stock items ship immediately, we recommend placing two separate orders — one for ready-to-ship items and one for pre-order items.
Once your order leaves our office and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, it is under their control. We are unable to make changes to delivery timelines, update tracking information, or control delays once a package has been handed over to USPS or another carrier.
If you experience tracking issues, delays, or delivery concerns, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number for the most accurate and up-to-date information. We are always happy to assist where we can, but please understand that shipping transit times and tracking updates are managed entirely by the carrier.
