Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order items are offered to reserve inventory before it arrives or before production is complete. By purchasing a pre-order item, you are securing your piece in advance.

Estimated ship dates are provided when available; however, please note that timelines are subject to change due to production schedules, hand-painting timelines, supplier delays, or shipping carrier delays. We appreciate your patience, as needlepoint production is a detailed, handcrafted process.

Payment for pre-order items is collected at the time of purchase. Because inventory is ordered and allocated specifically based on demand, pre-orders are considered final sale and cannot be canceled once production has begun.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are ready. While we do our best to split shipments when possible, it is not guaranteed. If you would like in-stock items to ship immediately, we recommend placing separate orders.
