When will my Pre-Order ship?
Please allow all pre-orders at max 14 weeks for shipping. All pre-orders are on different time lines, so your order should be to you quicker than expected.
Can i order both in-stock and pre-orders at the same time?
yes! I ship orders as I have them in stock or when they come in.
I ordered a pre-order canvas, but I saw someone else already has it
There could be a variety of reasons someone has the canvas that you have pre-ordered.
1. They bought it during an earlier pre-order
2. They bought it from their LNS
3. It was in stock when they bought it but it is now on pre-order

Why is everything so slow?
As of December 2025, there is a canvas shortage. Designers, painters, and other vendors cannot get canvas in, so that puts a hold on things. There are also major delays around the Spring and Fall Needlepoint Markets. Please keep this in mind while ordering from any Needlepoint Business!
